ODOT
ODOT is the meeting point for innovation services, where both supply and demand connect in an agile, simple and efficient way.
Challenge
- Digitalize innovation services which Ruta N and innovation ecosystem offer by a digital product that allows to connect in an agile, simple and efficient way the supply and demand of the innovation ecosystem.
Solution
- With a fantastic work team, we were able to create, design and develop a digital platform that allows companies, startups, science projects, tech projects and innovation projects to find services which improve their projects in their business maturation process. At the same time, it offers the possibility for companies with expertise to register as strategic allies for offering their services.
Architecture
The goal was clear, the project's information and requirements were already in some excel files, at that moment I joined the team to build the architecture and draw flows. First at all, I designed some wireframes and then created a high fidelity prototype to validate our idea with the corporation's board of directors.
Eventually, our idea was approved by them and we continued the product roadmap. To finish this process, we created new journeys and user flows.
ODOT Platform
Due to the magnitude of the project, we decided to create a digital platform where we transformed several of the corporation's services, which were previously analog, into a 100% digital and automated experience.
The MVP was launched with 4 services: Internationalization, Nexos, Viewer, and Laboratories; each with a personalized experience according to the profile of each user.
Website
To communicate and spread the ODOT platform, we needed a website that was able to easily and clearly communicate the services and functionalities of every service, as well as, position the brand and can tell the entire ecosystem that there is a new services innovation marketplace that has everything they need in a single place.
