Product discovery, User research, Information architecture, user flows, Wireframes
Project duration
6 months
Challenge
Create the largest digital talent platform in the ecosystem, bringing together the key players in the talent axis: talents, companies, and trainers.
Solution
After several focus group sessions, we managed to create an MVP where we connected two key players in this ecosystem: talents and companies. Here, companies can post job offers, and talents can apply. Each talent has the opportunity to have a strong professional profile and can also track their application process.
Discovery process
To align the project requirements and understand the real needs of future users, we conducted focus group sessions with stakeholders and product owners, which I led using Scope canvas as a framework. Subsequently, I conducted an exercise based on HMW (How Might We), where we identified the main areas of focus. Then, we transformed all of this into user stories to kickstart the project execution.
Architecture
After having the user stories ready, I began with the navigation flow and the sitemap, allowing the development team to start building the project from the backend. Following this, I started drawing wireframes to establish the structure of the user experience and sent requirements to the UI design team.
Leadership
I led the follow-up meetings with the design and development team, totaling 6 people. There, I continued to support and provide feedback from the UI perspective in creating the design system and both desktop and mobile mockups. I accompanied the development team by troubleshooting, listening to requirements, and conducting demonstrations for the respective stakeholders.
