Challenge
Designing a product that centralizes the management and scalability of websites, starting from the process where a user wants to access the service. At the same time, providing valuable information to clients about digital transformation and commerce.
Solution
For this ambitious project, the solution was to create an MVP of the general idea. Users can purchase the service from a landing page that provides all the information about how the service works and its benefits. Payment integration was implemented directly on the website. Once the user buys the service, they can register on the platform, where the website creation process begins with a semi-customized service.
Branding
The first step of the project was to design a logo that effectively conveyed the concept of the name. "Growly" is derived from the word "Growth," which signifies expansion. This aligns with the brand's purpose: to help many businesses grow and scale their operations digitally.
The bold colors convey experience and authority, always balanced to create contrast and reduce visual saturation.
Design system
To ensure the consistency and scalability of the digital product, I created a design system that visually defined the landing page, the checkout process, and the MVP of the platform.
The design system was created using the "Quantum Design" framework, a methodology based on Atomic Design and Design Tokens. Tokens are defined in a pyramid structure: Global Tokens, System Tokens, and Component Tokens. The philosophy of this methodology is that by changing the values of the second level tokens, the "System Tokens," the entire look and feel of the product changes. This ensures the consistency and scalability of the product.
At that time, 459 tokens were created across the three levels, all defined in Figma Variables, along with 30 components and their respective variations.
Mockups
After several iterations and variations of the product, I designed the landing page to communicate the brand's value proposition. We also decided to integrate the checkout process directly on the landing page to start generating sales and validate the digital product with real users.
After the user makes a purchase, they are directed to a registration page that grants access to the platform. This platform is currently in its creation and exploration phase with users.
